Yes, all payments are securely processed through trusted Nigerian payment gateways including Paystack and Flutterwave. We never store your complete card details on our servers. For additional security, we support payment with bank transfers and USSD for customers who prefer these methods.

Delivery within Lagos typically takes 1-3 working days. For other major cities like Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan, delivery takes 2-4 working days. Other locations in Nigeria may take 3-7 working days depending on your specific location. During holidays or festive periods like Eid, Christmas or New Year, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Lagos for orders placed before 10 AM, and next-day delivery to Abuja and Port Harcourt for an additional fee. Express delivery options are available at checkout, and prices vary based on your location and the size of your order.

For custom outfits, you can submit your measurements using our detailed measurement guide available on each product page. If you're in Lagos, you can also book a free measurement session at our physical store in Lekki. For customers outside Lagos, we offer virtual measurement assistance via WhatsApp video call with our tailors.

Yes, we offer special packages for wedding parties and aso-ebi groups. We provide bulk discounts starting from 5 outfits and can create coordinated designs for the entire wedding party. We also offer fabric sourcing services if you have specific materials in mind. Please contact our customer service team at least 6-8 weeks before your event for wedding orders.
